Did Allah not know that the scriptures foretold of the Messiah wopuld atone for sin and still he dliberately decieved people to believe this prophesy came true is Allah evil deceiving his people an leaving them to believe a lie 600 years? If allah is all knowing he knew the Scriptures told of this Messiah whowould atone for sin Isiah 53...Most of Isaiah refers to the virgin birth and even this man paying for sin....So Allah misled people with false prophesies and the lied to them again faking the atonement Is Allah an evil prankster who can't be trusted?......4:157. That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-

Affan I'm well aware that Muslims believe the word of God corrupt and that they believe Allah so weak as not to kep his word pure....but the fact reamins that the prophesies of Isiah are intact from 175 BC and in agreemnt with any book of Isaiah you care to show...Muhammed and the Qu'ran are 600AD....and I'm sure allah is suposed to be all knowing therfore he would havebeen aware of these prophesies before decieving his own people! and even if he wasnt all knowing as any decent God should be....should a righteous God practice deceit?

colin the ignorance is yours...The God YHWH is not the Allah of Islam...and As far back as you can God all Gospel has always taught the atonement it is the Gospel....If You can say the book of John we have documents of from 175 and I do believe John 1 says it all it is The Gospel always was the Gospel and always will be the Gospel...To even suggest the Goospel was not the deity of Christ and the atonement and resurrection is foolishness Isiah was 800 years before the birth of the Messiah and it propehsied him Moses was 1500 years before and tole of the Sacrifice of Issac whic is clear prophesy where Abraham himself named the mountain Jehova Jirah which means the lord will provide...In Abrahams words told by Moses because the lord will provide himself a lamb....Jesus Christ is that only begotten son of God that was the lamb that the lord did provide!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roman secular writings dating as far back as 49AD confirm that Jesus Christ was crucified.

Allah is a great deceiver.

It very difficult to grasp the ignorance and lack of scholarship displayed here in this Question. Allah/YAHWEH same guy. Be polite enough to use the honorific Capitalization's. The argument is about the nature of the divinity/ or lack thereof of Jesus. This is a many splendid thing and covered with the blood of untold millions. It is not "I think", It is not "I know"... Its "I believe". This idea about the artificial death of Jesus is not a Muslim one alone. Its an early Christian one as well. There's lots of others too. Theology is not simple, its conclusions come to us through the veil of history. I find it odd that The Jews may not speak His Name aloud or make His picture. the Muslims may not make His picture or His Prophets but may shout his Name from rooftops and make their art the endless repetition of it . Christians can't decide if He looks like an Angry Santa Claus or a bird. His Son and Chief Prophet has a Greek honorific, say his name in Latin and nobody knows His real name. Abraham would be proud.

Excellent points to use in refuting the Muslim faith.

The Torah mentions the virgin birth. "Through the seed of a woman." Genesis

As well as a sacrificial savior.

Islam claims to believe in the Torah as well as the Koran.

You just established that Islam cannot believe in the Torah.

Thanks

We believe that Jesus wasn't crucified but lifted to heaven before this. Allah did what he knows best, and we shouldn't call it deceitful. He has his own reasons.

If you look at the geneologies provided in the bible, they prove that the son of Mary couldn't possibly be the messiah anyway.

I refer you to Sheikh Ahmad Deedat's lecture: Crucifixion or Crucifiction?

Your question assumes we agree with everything Bible says and we don't. We believe Bible was corrupted by people.
