where do i go for a good chatroom so i can discuss religious things with people.

i don't want to download anything unless it is from a reputable website.

Good question. This is NOT a chat room, it is a question and answer format.
You can go to any of the major search engines "chat" areas, like Yahoo!, Google, etc and click on their "chat." section, all of them have a religion category.
I think with Yahoo! you have to download Yahoo messenger, but I'm not 100% sure.
