yes Gays can contract HIV while having sex with each other. I know some Bi-sexual and Gay people, and the best thing to do is for you to protect yourselfs, and practice safe sex. There are millions out in the world with HIV and AIDS and many people don' t care to tell others that they are infected. I had a couple of relatives that died from AIDS. It is a very suffering way to die.

Of course.Alot of ppl make the mistake thinking that the virus has spreaded so rapidly because of gays,not true over 78% of HIV and Acquired immune deficiency syndrome is widely spreaded from straight ppl and drug use IM.Nursing student .

Yes.....penetrative sex.....anal intercourse has got high chance of getting HIV infection in the receptive partner......there is high chance of skin tear and transmission of the virus to the receptive partner in this case......so better to practice only safe sex..... 100% use of condoms or a trusting single partner.......

person is not born gay... if he ever had sex with female having HIV, he will transfer it to his gay partner
