You have not listed the types of tests done for you. If you have not done a test for cervical spondylitis, then get it done. You may be having jardia in your levers and, therefore, get this also checked.
For panic attacks and depression,. please join yoga classes which would be of great help.

Vertigo is not a "symptom" of anxiety, although during times of panic attack, dizziness could present. I'm not sure how long "a long time" is for you, but any time you are having equilibrium problems, evaluation is necessary. The anxiety is mental, the vertigo is physical, be sure your physician knows that you are seeking advice for the physical symptoms as well. Again, I don't have any specifics on your condition so the info is just general. If this problem ONLY presents when you have panic attacks, than the association is congruent, but you need to get specific when relaying your problem. try to keep track of what you are doing when it happens and what things make it better or worse, how long the episodes of dizziness last, how often they occur and so on. If you collect this information and have the answers ready when you go in, you'll get further than just saying "sometimes I feel dizzy." Hope this helps you:) (Just an ammendement to the above...By mental, I mean within the brain, after proof reading, the terminology may have been misleading, I'm sure you have been told about the chemical imbalance associated with anxiety and this technically is physical as well, but for laymans explanation, I chose the above wording.)

Dizziness and vertigo are symptoms of inner ear infections and eustacian tube problems. I cannot see how it could possibly be related to depression anxiety and panick attacks.
You can go to any health food stores and ask for ear candles. It sounds wierd, but they will tell you how to use them, and when you do you will be shocked at how much you ca clean out of your ears. Also taking a very small chopped portion of RAW GARLIC does amazing wonders for clearing anything out. Problem is you will have garlic breath for a while ( a day or so). But it is a huge immune booster. If these things do not work it may be signes of a little more serious of a problem. Dizziness is always a problem with the inner ear, since that is where your center of balance is.
