The best example of whether God exist is the Human Brain.

Studies, like that done by the University of Michigan, and features in the Discovery Channel program, The Amazing Life of the Human Brain, shows just how amazing the human brain is.

Every second while awake, we are absorbing 40MBs of data per second. That’s 144 gigabytes per hour and about 2 terabytes per day. That’s a lot of data even for the largest computer. When we sleep at night, and only at night or under nighttime conditions, all that data is sorted and stored through the creation of synaptic connectors and biochemical bounds. The brain has enough volume to allow for the creation of these storage connectors to last over 10,000 years.

Without the need of a creator, what evolutionary pressure could cause the need for this much volume that would take that long to fill? Clearly, man was either created by God to live that long, or if evolve, once lived that long, and has since de-evolved to what we are today. Which do you think it is?

Evolution does take place, in that animals have evolved and humans have de-evolved since the time of the creation. Many divergent species are related, such as the Meerkat/Hyena and the Lion/House cat. A house cat can breed with a lion, I wonder if the same is possible the Hyena and Meerkat?

This is why I believe in God. I use the brain he gave me, and designed for me, to determine something beyond imagining.

The real question is this. How can anyone not believe in God when all around you is this wonderful creation. Does anyone think we had anything to do with that?

We all are here for a reason. That being, to choose life or choose death. Jesus Christ or Satan.

Everything and why things are is contingent on what we did in the First Earth Age. This is hard for most people to comprehend as they spend little or no time reading the Word of God.

I believe that those souls that Lucifer drew away with him at the overthrow, and those souls that fought against him, together with them that stood by and did nothing, are present now in these final days leading up to the Second Coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

All is as it should be. Have faith in God and live for Him.><>

The fact that hummingbirds can migrate thousands of miles, even though they're so small... I'm not sure whether any religion has a good working definition of God, but my dad calls it the "Galactic Observation Department." It seems like the more closely you look, the more little miracles there are out there. Like when you get a papercut, and a few days later it's healed again like it never happened. I say there's a lot more evidence to support a God of some kind than any way to conclusively prove that there is no God.

O.K., I will admit that I believe in God, but not the "almighty father". I believe in God/Goddess (generic) because every time I've asked for help from him/her, he/she always comes through. The worst part is that I don't really want to believe, because I'm VERY analytical minded and the idea of this invisible god thing being in control is impossible to wrap my mind around. Still, I can't get past the proof that always presents itself. When I ask for help....I get help in a big way, FAST! Even though there is no scientific data that can prove it is God/Goddess making it happen, the fact that it happens so quickly and so accurately soon after I ask for it is too much for me to ignore. In fact, it usually takes a lot longer for me to get help from actual people that supposedly care for me than this invisible God/Goddess person. Anyway, I've come to believe in God/Goddess because I'd be pretty hard headed and foolish not to at this point.

Well I know in my heart God is real but I have had an experience that solidified my belief without a doubt for me. My husband and I were doing a Christianity Explained course and I had decided to rededicate my life to Christ. I was praying with a couple of other people and my husband started shaking and abruptly left the house. I spoke to him later and he said it felt like there was something inside of him that could be in the room with the Holy Spirit. I believed then that I had made the best choice in my life. To me that was proof of the unworldly struggle between heaven and hell. Also a few weeks later at church my husband gave his life over to Christ and since then he has been so passionate in his faith. He is my inspiration.

It's just about faith. I know it has been explained by science (I should know better because I am a pre-med student) but some things like the beauty of life beginning with just two cells has to have some kind of Higher Being behind such a magnificent design. I don't know but I just believe.

Creation, The Bible, The Church, My Family.

I have had a personal experience of God. I expereinced him as a a divine Comforter when I was 9 yrs old and had to deal with the sudden passing of my 17 year old brother.

To be comforted and to endure during this time as a 9 year old was truely a miracle.

My mom used to take me outside and say "do you love Jesus?" when I was about 5 years old. I said, "hmm.. what's a Jesus?" She said, "OMFG YOU ***!" Then she took the Bible and beat me over the head with it until I was crying.

This continued until I was about 34 years old.

So basically now I am afraid to not believe in God because that's how I was conditioned.
