would you go to hell given you're a Muslim as your parents and your society? There are millions of people in Muslim countries who don't know about other religions until much later in life, and obviously won't believe it cause it is some other religion. Is this fair? Does your God call this Just?

My thanks for this question. I hope I can provide an answer which provides part of an answer.
If I said to you the Ford Model T was the most aerodynamically efficient car in the world, and you hadn't seen any other car would you believe this? You might, but you might also wonder if there was a way to improve it. BUT, if someone showed you a picture of a Corvette Stingray, you would know immediately that it was more aerodynamically efficient. The same applies here.
St Paul asked the exact question you asked in Romans 10 vs 14 to 18. You should also read Romans Chapter 1 verses 18 to 20.

God is perfect, this includes the way he judges people.

(1) St. Paul talked about this subject.

He said in the book of Romans, "We can all be saved in this same way, no matter who we are and what we have done!"

* Therefore my friend, it doesnot matter who you are and where you come from whether you come from a muslim country or not.

(2) Jesus also talked about this subject before Paul did.

* If you read this story, you would understand that non-believers are all invited at any stage of their lives, no matter where they came from and when actually did they know about Christ.

Read this story from the book of Matthew. It illustrates that even if you came the last one to work in the field, while others started before you, you will still get paid the same, eventhough they got first before you.

3 “At nine o’clock in the morning he was passing through the marketplace and saw some people standing around doing nothing. 4 So he hired them, telling them he would pay them whatever was right at the end of the day.
5 So they went to work in the vineyard. At noon and again at three o’clock he did the same thing.

6 “At five o’clock that afternoon he was in town again and saw some more people standing around. He asked them, ‘Why haven’t you been working today?’

7 “They replied, ‘Because no one hired us.’

“The landowner told them, ‘Then go out and join the others in my vineyard.’

8 “That evening he told the foreman to call the workers in and pay them, beginning with the last workers first. 9 When those hired at five o’clock were paid, each received a full day’s wage. 10 When those hired first came to get their pay, they assumed they would receive more. But they, too, were paid a day’s wage. 11 When they received their pay, they protested to the owner, 12 ‘Those people worked only one hour, and yet you’ve paid them just as much as you paid us who worked all day in the scorching heat.’

13 “He answered one of them, ‘Friend, I haven’t been unfair! Didn’t you agree to work all day for the usual wage? 14 Take your money and go. I wanted to pay this last worker the same as you. 15 Is it against the law for me to do what I want with my money? Should you be jealous because I am kind to others?’

16 “So those who are last now will be first then, and those who are first will be last.”

Also, you should know that the Bible League is working day and night to provide bibles all over the world including the Middle East, too. They have centres all over the globe, they provide bibles to asians, muslims, africans, and latins,.. etc..

"The mystical branch of Islam, the Sufi movement, insisted that when you had encountered God, you were neither a Jew, a Christian, a Muslim. You were at home equally in a synagogue, a mosque, a temple or a church, because all rightly guided religion comes from God, and a man of God, once he's glimpsed the divine, has left these man-made distinctions behind."

I think these guys are a little closer to the truth than many mainstream Christians.

1. Christianity began in the Middle East.
2. All of creation testifies to the existence of God.
3. You personally have no excuse because you have access to the Bible.
4. Are you going to let this stop you from entering into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ?

To be quite honest, frankly I don't think you care one drop about some people living in a Muslim country you've never met before. You're just coming up with excuses as to why you won't believe in Jesus Christ.

Peanutbutter, this is a very good question.

But the bible says "The pot cannot ask why the potter made it this way".

Although most christians do not understand the concept of pre-destination nor want to understand, the fact is, everything has been written down. The example of the book of life is itself a very clear example of pre-destination.

Is this fair? Well, if I am born a muslim, I will seek all ways to leave it because I cannot bring myself to believe in a man who is inferior to even myself. That's no better than worshipping through my pet dog.

God wont condemn people who never had a chance to follow him, but if people are raised with certain prejudices toward another religion they are still called to Christ.

Are you sure there are millions of people who have not heard about other religions? Trying asking them if they have heard of the teachings of, or spoken to, a Jehovah's Witness?

The belief you state is not a truism held by all Christian faiths and is in fact in conflict with commonly held scriptural doctrine. Any christian faith that believes that line of reasoning needs to read their scripture more carefully as it is not in keeping with God's plan of salvation.

I don't think the afterlife is based on what religion you were here on planet hell. I think the super forces/god/allah/etc . . .looks at each heart and sends us to the best suited "level" in heaven. I think we are living in hell right now.
