Suppose someone teechs you Microsoft Word, when you see he explaining you may understand, but you can not recall later. This program enables you to shoot the screen, so later you can see what and how this guy was doing.

Guys, thanks for answers but I do not mean to shot photo, but I want to download whole activity that happens on the desktop like video file, that must be video, not photo

Simply hit Print Screen button then paste it to image editing like ms paint, photoshop or ms words.

Step by step:


Open image editing program, for example photoshop, create new blank project.

Run your screen you want to capture

If desired screen appears, pause it ( if possible ) hit Print Screen button

Go to image editing program that already opened, then paste (Ctrl+ V) it there.

Save image as .JPG or .BMP so you can open it with most software.

You have softwares like Snagit and XPCSPY which would take screen shots at regular intervals and save them as desired. But they are not freeware.

It copies the screen image to the clipboard, from which you can paste it to anywhere you like...
