I agree - most religions are based on love, faith, and hope. There's a story about a rabbi named Hillel:
Once, a Gentile came to Hillel and asked him to teach the whole Torah while he was standing on one foot. This is a feat that can usually be achieved in years, minimum. Hillel thought for a moment, then told the man to stand on one foot. He said, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. That is the whole Torah. All the rest is commentary. Go and learn it."
Judaism and Christianity both use the Torah in their Bibles, and Islam believes that the words in the Torah are valid. Many other religions are also based on the teaching that love and respect are the most important things in life.

That would depend on your definition of love. What is Christian love? The Bible tells us that there is no greater love than that expressed when one gives his life for another. Then there is the love expressed when we help those in everyday need. And the love we show when we help those who have suffered disaster. Then there is the love we show when we bring others to Christ, assisting them in obtainiing salvation. Groups and individuals comprising any religion or subset place different values on these types of love so there is no way to give you an answer that would reflect the thoughts and values of all them.

least puzzling to toughest to faux: understanding (people BS us each and all the time); faith (crowds of cynical hypocrites in churches); Justice (each and every so often you contemplate whether everyone be attentive to something approximately it); Humility (quite some fake humility obtainable - aggeression posing as humble character); wish (people are you able to ought to be encouraging to you whether they do no longer experience wish); Love (lots of folk think of they're in love on the 2d, then it vanishes); Peace (somebody can say they're in want of it yet be fairly aggressive and not do adequate to place peace forth as a concern); Freedom (only you may misinform your self approximately this one); endurance (this is obtrusive good away in case you spend time with somebody in the event that they have have been given it or no longer).
