for the past couple years i have experienced a burning sensation over most part of my body. it's not a hot flash though. i don't get sick or get headaches or sweat and i don't have a fever when this happens. it's pretty much everyday. my skin feels as if it's warm like a sunburn, but without the sunburn pain. although, there is no rash or any visible change in my skin. when this burning sensation happens it makes me really irritable. does anyone know what this could be or has anyone had anything similiar to this?

It could be many things, but I'd suggest first having your blood pressure checked just to rule out hypertension. If its been happening for several years, I'd hope you would have had this done by then, but if not...try to keep a log of what you were doing during the onset of this feeling, and if anything makes it better or worse (sitting, standing, eating, lying down, a fan, ect) Log how long the episodes last, any meds you are taking.) I will also say this...Irritability is the FIRST sign you see w/ oxygen deprivation. That could mean nothing or many different things, but gather your information and present this to your family doctor.

I just had that same thing happen on my left hand. I figured it was a reaction to carpet cleaner that I had used a day before.Try a different laundry soap and body soap and see if it helps. You might want to talk to your dr. too. Chammomile helped my hand and is worth a try wet 2-4 teabags and rub slowly over affected area good luck
