Not sure where you are headed with this question. If it is from a biblical perspective, then yes, I believe there is a price for free will. We don't really have free will as according to the bible. If we choose wrong, we are punished, so what kind of free will is that? It is not free at all, and therefore it has a price.

We have Freewill to think or speak or act however we want to.
The price would be obvious if you break a law and have to deal with those consequences. Or the price could be as simple as "regret".
