I cut up the fish in 1/4 inch cubes and marinated it in hot sauce and lemon for about 2 hours. The tomato in the sasla is acid and so is the lemon or lime, this cooks the fish. About 2 hours, chilled in the fridge. You can usually tell when it turns white, it's done. The fish that is.

Yams!!
Yummers!
Preheat oven to 350
put foil on the bottom of your oven
Oil the outside of your Yams
Place on the oven rack, or you can use a cookie sheet (they drip)
cook for 45 minutes
Take them out,
Cut in 1/2 add a little butter to each 1/2
Add brown sugar and bake for 15 more mintues open faced.
This is so good!
*I've seen people put marshmellow on top and bake too!

Sounds yummy-!
have fun!

depends on fish you got tuna is the best it can be marinated for 2 hours and it will be delish. cooking a yam is best in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 mins. but before you put yam in oven wash it and then roll it in sugar bake and then it will be nice and sweet on the outside as cinnamon sugar in the inside really good.

At least 2 hours. And it should be the hole fillet, you cut them after you marinated them.
