Do you mean Spiritual realm? Yes. But most dreams are just part of our mind unwinding so to speak. We process all of the 'days residue' when we dream. Sometimes God can speak to us in a dream, or when someone dies they can visit us that way as well.

To understand a dream is to see into the future according to the Bible so dreams understood are the same as a vision.
The subconscious is a world very much like ours and to be spiritual puts you in tune with the subconscious realm. Actually it is said that this world can be Heaven or Hell depending on your belief. I have heard it said this world is more real than ours. Who can say, I have dreamed my future too many times to count.

There are three states of existence called in Vedic terms as (jagrata)wakefulness, (svapna)dreaming and susupti unconscious deep sleep.
The first is the gross state of wakefulness is by which the perception of things through material experience and remembrance is there and in the next subtle state dreams are the perceptions of experienced in the the first gross state.
The third state is called susupti, unconscious deep sleep where there is no activity in the gross physical or subtle dream state.
And the spiritual state is beyond even the sususpti state, because it is still more fine and subtler.
First the gross elements of earth, water, fire, air, ether,
Then the higher subtle elements of mind, intelligence & false ego
Then higher still is the Spirit soul.

what an interesting question! i feel that all my dreams take place in a realm beyond human comprehension........but very real never the less. it is a place most take for granted as they do not grasp the magnitude of what is taking place as they lye asleep. i believe this place has some kind of connection to our afterlife and possibly even a pre-life experience. it is the one place that keeps me grounded as a human-being and it is the main connection i have to my own soul.
