Just ask him out. Have a place or activity in mind. Start out with just going for coffee or something simple. Guys definitely wish women did this more often. Good Luck to you!

It doesn't mean to be your bf.... just ask him if he like to have a drink with u...it is simple and he would become happy to accept.
