1 - By a few chicken breasts (how many depends on how hungry you are)
2 - Dice into bits, cut into strips or even just halve
3 - Place in a casserole dish with a sachet of spring vegetable soup & french onion casserole base
4 - Add some water (just enough to cover & make it easier to stir in together)
5 - Stir together & cook in the oven for 45mins - 1hr (or until your chicken looks cooked!)

The end result is a yummy chicken casserole :) pretty easy too hey. Serve on rice or with vegies or eat by itself.

I don't know the exact quantities, so play around with it. In a bowl mix some rasberry marmalade (or whatever flavor you have in hand) with lemon juice, lemon zest, two finely chopped cloves of garlic, black pepper, salt to taste, extra virgin olive oil, and some dried oregano. Marinate the chicken for an hour or so then grill it. The marmalade will caramalize the chicken, giving it this nice savory taste.
