Take her to a real doctor as soon as you can. This kind of illness could put your childs life in danger. How long has this been going on now?

If I were you I would listen to my gut!! You are her mother and no one knows her like you do!! Dr. Sears (lots of books, been on Dr. Phil, known for attatchment parenting) says that parents are the childs first doctor. Robin McGraw (Dr. Phils wife) talks alot about knowing that you are your childs only voice sometimes and not to be intimidated by doctors in her book. She had some health scares with both sons growing up and if she didn't stand her ground the doctors wouldn't have listened to her.
Anyway, tomorrow morning take her to her doc's office and tell them you are not leaving until the doctor finds out what is wrong. Stand your ground!! This has been going on long enough - she shouldn't be sick for this long. Remember, you could care less that the doctor has other patients or a meeting or whatever. Tell them to tell that to your daughter. Get some tests done and make them get the results NOW. If that means the doc has to send you to the hospital then so be it. Don't let them tell you that they'll have blood test results next week or something like that. I am not a doctor or nurse - I'm a fellow mother. That being said, I would ask for every freakin test to be done. I would tell them that you want an answer whether it's allergies or God forbid something more serious. From one mother to another I believe you and can empithize - but it does sound like something is wrong. I will pray that it is nothing serious and all will be well. Oh, and if your doctor is an *** about the whole thing and tries to pat you on the head and tells you it's your nerves go straight to another doctors office. He or she doesn't deserve your trust. Take care and be strong!!

If you think that your daughter is seriously sick then you should take her to the doctor. If she has a fever and diarrhea then you really need to keep her hydrated with plenty of fluids, pedialyte is very good for hydration. If she is not eating you need to be careful that she doesn't loose too much weight because that can be a problem. Call your daughters pediatrician i think your daughter needs to be seen, usually they have a after hours phone number that you can call in case of an emergency so you can speak to the doctor. If not then just take her to the emergency room just to make sure that everything is alright. Personally I wouldn't take the chance i would just take her.

You should set up an appointment and take her to a doctor -- if nothing else than just for your peace of mind. The emergency room is not for chronic problems -- a visit to a family doctor is.
It is possible she is allergic to something -- food, mold in the house or maybe she just has a weak immune system and gets every cold and flu bug. Do you give her vitamins? Does she eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit when she is not sick?

Why would you call the ER when your daughter is sick??? Why wouldn't you take such a small child to a doctor if she's throwing up for 6 days!!??!!?? And she doesn't eat for those 6 days? A 2 year old cannot live without eating or drinking for 6 days. I have to believe you're making this up. You can't be serious.
For cripe's sake, mom, your daughter depends on you to look out for her welfare. She sounds seriously ill. And if you're just making this up, it's not the least bit funny.

Hey there Hun, this sounds awful for you and your baby!! Poor little thing!! Has she seen your regular family doctor? Does she have any allergies? I would find a doctor that is interested in her and go from there, She needs some tests done to find out what the poor darling has. She definitely has something wrong with her. Does she have any more symptoms? This sounds like something serious. Have you gone on the web page www.drspock.com? It is a doctor and you can ask him any questions!!
Does she have a toy or something stuck somewhere? Get X-rays!!
I can think of a whole bunch of things but I think that it would be best to see a trust worthy doctor who is interesting in taking on your daughter's case. Keep bugging him/her to find out what the problem is. Push for specialists, x-rays, blood work, etc...
Hope everything works out, sounds serious!
I will pray for your daughter, get well!

Take your daughter to her pediatrician, the ER can only do so much to a child. I used to take my daughter to the ER and most of the time they never did anything for her. Your pediatrician specializes in children so they will know exactly what to do. By the wya, if your daughter is going to day care or nursery, she will be sick alot because of the germs being spread around from the other children.

Take her to her pediatrician, I was going to say maybe she has food allergies but those won't give her a fiver, you need to make sure you keep her hydrated, water some time is worse , give her some Pedialite(I don't know if I spelled right) bu is by the formulas at Walmart, you need to take her to the Dr TOMORROW! the emergency room some times need to hear "she is not breathing" in order to tell you to take her in , so don't spend more time waiting to see if is the flu, take her to her Dr.

I would for sure go to another hospital or doctor something needs to be done you are there to protect this sounds not so good. If they are not willing to find out whats going on you need to get ahold of your local health dept and tell them whats going on and call the hospital director because something is not right! she could get very very bad from what im hearing you need to have a complete blood count and test ran this is not anything to play around with. it may even be as little as an intestinal infection or something much more seirous.

You need to take her to the pediatrician ASAP. Call and try to get her an appointment tomorrow. There may be something serious going on, and that's the only way you will find out. Be sure to stress how severe and frequent this is. No child should be sick that often!! Good luck!
