There is a very, very low risk of overdose. The biggest issue is hepatotoxicity (liver damage), but this has only been shown at doses of 150mg/kg which translates to around 6 grams. You have only ingested 1.5g and NO cases of overdose have been reported with this dose.
If anything, you may experience a little dizziness or stomach upset, but that is still unlikely!

People say many different things so what I did was stopped worrying about what other people say and went with my instinct extra strength has the same ingredients as normal tylenol (WHICH BTW IS HARD TO FIND NOW IN DAYS) so why stress? yes it's more of a dosage so simply take what is recommended. My doctor told me not to take it but doctors aren't always accurate as well I did my own research and realized I was able to take it as it is tylenol does nothing for me and with my frequent headaches regular tylenol did nothing for me so extra strenght is safe dont worry good luck and congratulations!

The first thing you should do is see how many milligrams are in each pill. The maximum that anyone should take is 750-800 milligrams every 6-8 hrs. Amounts higher than this can cause stomach bleeding, and ulcers. Extremely high values could potentially lead to an overdose.

The toxic dose for Tylenol is 140mg/kg of body weight. At 94 pounds you weigh 42.7kg. That means your toxic dose would be somewhere around 12 tablets (6000mg). You only took in 1500mg. As long as you don't do it again, you'll be fine.

you shouldn't exceed 1000 mg in one dosage (you took 1500mg) or 4000 mg in 24 hrs. it will increase the workload on your liver but you'll be fine. if the reccomended dose isn't working for you, you should switch to another pain reliever.

You'll be okay but don't do that again. Tylenol is hard on your liver or kidneys, I can't remember which but know it's one of them.

Probably. You should really only take the recommended dosage though.

You may get a little more sleepy, but you should be fine. You should probably eat something, so that it helps to absorb the medicine, and also protect your stomach.
