Geez, you sound adorable. No, it is completely normal. it's only a three year difference, and comparitively your maturity levels should be at the same level. Also, you've known this girl for several years, which makes even more sense that you like her. It's not the scandal you're making it sound like. You're both kids with raging hormones, so it's natural to feel attracted to her.
So... I hope you feel more secure, and I hope it goes well with your friend.

It is perfectly normal but I would advise against starting a relationship. At her age, the girl is just starting to have her hormones start to increase and there a lot of things that will be happening to her physically and emotionally. I would suggest remaining friends. In the end, it may pay off.

It's very normal. You're at the age when the hormones, and all that "kick in". However, 11 is a little young. It hasn't quite started for her. If you're thinking of possibly "getting physical" with her, DON'T!

It's normal. Girls mature faster than boys as well, so she may not really be that far behind you. Just take it slow.
