What software can I use to extract files that are in .BIN and .CUE format?

I will download Star Trek Armada 1 torrent but the files are in .BIN and .CUE format. Can you give me links to the softwares I can use to extract them to my PC?

Why don't you just use your CD burning software and burn it to a CD?

Else, use ISObuster to open it.
