Weighted GPA is when they give more credit for the same class on a different level. For example, in 11th grade, English, Honors English and AP English are all the same course, but offer different amounts of credit because AP and honors require more work.

Report Cards usually have the weighted GPA, and you'll have your weighted GPA on your transcript, but colleges will also look at your rank which is based on your GPA and at your grades themselves to see where your strengths and weaknesses are, so the GPA doesn't count for everything in college admissions because it's all relative.
