your best bet would be to ask your pharmacist but according to the webmd there is no interaction listed.
if you're having blinding headaches though i would let your doctor know. (i was on effexor and serquil for about a week but they took me off of both because i was getting blinding headaches, blurred vision, and a whole lot of other problems. found out later that effexor has a tendency to cause severe headaches)

Yes, I am on Effexor XR, 900 mgs. If you take it when you need it then it's OK. Hope this helps!

Yes, you can take Tylenol while breastfeeding. And no, your baby won't get sick through your breastmilk. In fact, your breastmilk has antibodies in it that your body is making to fight off whatever bug you have right now. This puts her in a safer place. The antibodies in the breastmilk can help keep her from catching the bug in the first place, and if she does catch it, the antibodies will help her get better faster or have milder symptoms, so KEEP BREASTFEEDING! So, if you want to do what's best for your baby, wash your hands frequently (that's how viruses are usually spread), and KEEP BREASTFEEDING!
