It sounds like arthritis. Sometimes I have to sleep in warm gloves to prevent pain and stiffness in my fingers in the morning.

I have an under active thyroid, and before I started taking medicine for it , to make it normal my hands always swelled during night and felt very stiff in mornings. So bad I could not wear wedding rings to bed. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about it. Just do some reading on it and check out all symptoms to see if it sounds familiar. Good Luck!!!!

I think you might have arthritis , or check for carpal tunnel syndrome, or you might just be sleeping on top of them ......
