Do not say God would not ask you to. Spreading Christianity through missionnaries in countries where it is illegal and punishable by death is being done right now.

Man's Will.

God is the sovereign ruler of the universe. His will or law can be found in the bible as it is everyones responsibility to do the will of the Father. Christians (i.e. the true servants of God) must set an example of love, charity, faith and hope for the world. But is everyone a christian just because they say they are?

Of course not, God's plan for mankind extends first to the Jew and then to the Gentile. This is why the chuch is so important because it serves as the gathering place of God's people. A place where they can fellowship with other christians and be reminded of His laws and commandments.

Christians should be law abiding, too. If they are to set an example for all to follow and come to the full knowledge of Christ they must be seen in a way that is pure and holy.

Man has set his law to be equal to the will of god. The commandments are how man has decided it is ethical to act, because thats how we feel an ethical person should be. However, if a man believes in god completely, no matter if it is rational or irrational to do so than god's direct will is the most important look at the story of abraham no matter how unethical killing your own son is abraham chose to do so because his faith in god's will was so powerful. The question is two broad to be answered for everybody.

God's will and God's law are more important than any of mans laws. I would break all of mans laws if I knew without any doubt that it was God's will. With Jesus I have no fear of death or of what man can do to me.
Absolutely,Positively, without a doubt, no fear, not even a little bit!
I am Free and no one can subdue a Bible reading people, no one,no how,no way,no where..

God's Law is the highest man's law on earth, so his will and man's law are one and the same!
God's will is much more important; Obeying God is more important than anything else;1 Samuel 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
Proverbs 16:9 A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.

You can say what you want but God does direct your steps if it is God's will. I think the ruler in Eygypt is a very good example of this fact. God purposed to harden Pharoah against Moses so Moses could do greater things against Egypt. Exodus 7:3 And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.
Rom.9: 16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
Romans 9:17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

ok, hang on. i am sorry to do this, but i must. there is a contradiction in your question. when you say "how many of mans laws would you break to do Gods will" that is assuming that Gods will is under mans laws? which by definition... is impossible. because by breaking them to do Gods will, you are not exactly breaking them. i mean you are, but.... God wills you to, so.... who is going to punish you? say you get put to death, ok? ummm so basically they sent you to paradise... which i do not htink is a punnishment at all. i mean i do see your question, but by definiton... it just seems like your question answers itself to me. if you want to do more research on it, look at God's decrees. here is a brief summary that i made. ••• What are the decrees of God? How did God determine His decrees? How does God execute His decrees?
• The decrees of God are His eternal, unchangeable, holy, wise, and sovereign purpose, according to the counsel of His will, whereby, for His own glory, he hath fore-ordained whatsoever things ever were, will be, in their causes, conditions, successions, and relations.
• The decrees of God have always been so, and they always will be so. They are eternal. (Acts 4:27-28, 15:18; Eph 1:4, 2:10)
• The decrees of God will always be the same. They have never, and will never change. (Ps 33:11)
• The decrees of God know the future (Eph 1:11; Eph 2:10; Acts 2:23, 4:27-28)

Good luck on your quest for knowledge.

So you apply a different countries' laws as "mankind's law".

man has defied God since the Garden. I thank HIM he is still merciful!
Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death

If man's laws were written properly without bias and applied to every living creature than Gods will would prevail naturally. If there was no violence, no acceptance of racism, and each and every person was entitled to the same rights, freedoms, and basic needs most of God's will would be attained anyway.

Regardless of God's will... Why is obeying mans laws so important? Did I get a say in making them? Liberals oppose many laws. Why shouldn't I?

I would do the work of the Lord. The bible says we are follow all the laws of the land as long as they do not go against God's word. So in my opinion, God's will trumps mans law anyday.
