I enjoy steamed carrots- hot or cold. I like them with a bit less crunch. Ditto to snap peas.
Plain yogurt with chopped up fruit and berries and a touch of maple syrup (sugar-free for an extra health touch).
Tea is a great calorie- free drink.
Part-skim mozzarella cheese sticks- perhaps a bit juvenile, but I still enjoy playing with my food!
Fruit is always good- apples, oranges, bananas, peaches, etc. I really enjoy a couple chunks of frozen mango, too. You can also try fruit in other forms- applesauce, dried apricots, etc.
Try making mini whole-wheat pancakes. Vary them by adding things like apple & cinnamon, banana & nuts or apricots & ginger. Whip up a batch at quarter or half size and freeze them. That way you can just pop one in the toaster and enjoy a snack that's a cross between toast and a cookie!
Natural peanut butter! It's pretty high calorie so you shouldn't have more than 2 tbsp a day, but it's fantastic! It tastes great with apples or bananas, but it's also great right off the spoon!

Apples and peanut butter, fruit, wheat crackers and cheese, gogurts, veggie sticks and ranch dip (already prepared). Diet soda, fat free sugar free jello or pudding and whip cream. Healthy choice cookies taken out of the package and put in the cookie jar.
Hope there's something in there you can use.
