Over the past few years I have become less social. Like whenever i'm with a group of people I rarely contribute to the conversation. Also, I always feel like people are judging me even when they're probably not paying any attention to what i'm doing. And i'm always worried about something. I either worry that I might have something physically wrong with me by pretty much seeing symptoms that arent there. And i'm always worrying about something in school like homework or a test. I know other kids get stressed out over school, but I think I worry about it more than most and its not like i'm obsessed with my grades. Is there anything wrong with me or do I just worry too much?

Nothing wrong with you,You have to mix with friends who know you.
Just pick up somebody and keep talking,as to how nice they are, flatter those whom you meet.
Be positive in all your thinking and doing.

Talk to your school counselor. This is not something to take lately and while I will give my opinion, it is only an opinion.

Being young, especially teens, is not easy. It could be hormone changes, it could be anxiety, it could be depression. Any one needs to be treated. While hormone changes usually straighten up in time, the other possibilities probably will not and could get worse. Some of the things you mention sound like anxiety.

Get help asap so you can have some fun at this time in your life. You shouldn't be worrying so much.

I've got clinical depression and am on meds for it. I'm also in a support group that I've attended for many years where I go and hook up with others who have it and various other mental illnesses. What you're describing doesn't sound like depression to me, but maybe you don't know what to look for. There are a number of symptoms for depression. You might want to talk with a doctor about "anxiety," and "social anxiety." I'm sure you can find information online about it. Why not take a good online screening test for depression like what you'll find here:

You poor thing, I know what your going through, been that way most of my life. Although while in school I didn't worry much about anything. Married VERY young had babies and worried from then on about one thing or another. Do something to tone it down now while your young or you'll be experiencing anxiety attacks depression who knows what.If I had to speak in a room of people my heart felt as it it would jump out of my chest.
Try public speaking, go to a gym, do things you enjoy, and eat healthy, very important!
Kinda sounds like puberty too, thats a hard time on most people

This could be normal teenage behavior, however, it seems like it is really affecting your life. I used to have all of those symptoms and I went on medication years ago and have been much happier. These medications do have side effects so make sure to talk with your doctor or therapist to see which medication is right for you.

You need to Read dianetics.
and do a course called overcoming ups and downs in life
you will find out the real source of the problem and
when you handle the correct reason for a problem it is
no longer there. I had gotten rid of mine that way.
