To improve ur communication skills in English, u may go for reading newspaper or any piece of article everyday, Loud. When we read anything aloud, we realize and understand what we r saying and it also helps when we communicate. try and talk in English with ur friend also, no matter hows ur word usage. It will help u to develop self confidence. And the best way which definitely helps is to stand near the mirror and talk in English with urself. It Sounds weird and funny but it really helps. To get the perfect English accent, listen to a good English news channel (best is BBC world) and u can also learn phonetics to look up to dictionary whenever u want to know how to pronounce a word. For vocabulary, write 10 words(or as many words u like) everyday in ur diary and look up their meaning in dictionary with correct pronunciation.
I hope it helps.

Reading aloud is a great excerise. Pick up a newspaper or a book or any written material and just read it out loud. Remember, practice makes perfect. There are also Cd's, tapes, and computer programs that can go over vocabulary and grammar. I've also heard of people writing to pen pals in the language that they want to work on. If you want, I wouldn't mind helping you by doing that. Message me if you'd like and we can talk about it. Good luck!

If you are interested in working at a call centre, I would recommend you to opt for an English language course at inlingua. Since call centre jobs have a pre-requisite of fluently speaking in English. Thus when you will opt for a course at inlingua it will be beneficial for you as it help you to crack the interview easily and also you will be able to get promoted quickly.

you could go to a library and borrow a book on english vocabulary or go to a book store and buy one they have learning books for every language in book stores. also if you have the time some colleges offer english classes for people who don't know english as their first language.
