We are un maried she made i think $1500 last year. and also how much do you get for head of household?

If she lived with you all year and you paid over half of her support, then you can if she meets the other requirements.

You can't claim head of household based on having her for a dependent. But if the baby has been born in 2006 or earlier, then you can take the baby as a dependent and can claim head of household based on the baby since she's your biological child.

You can only claim her as a dependent if she is not filing herself. In the instruction booklet it will tell you how much for head of household. Read it carefully.

well if u are unmarried you cannot claim head of household. Also no you cannot claim her she has to file her own taxes. You can only claim the baby if it is born.
