That depends on why you are hitting them with a Bible. While I'm not sure why you would hit someone in the face, it used to be quite common to hit, say, a random unexplained lump with a Bible to "cast out the demons". You can see how, in the case of a cyst, this might actually work, bursting the cyst.
So, the answer is, it depends.

It all depends on the reason for your needing to hit someone in the face with a Bible... if it is necissary... then be sure you put him down and keep him down... if it is not important enough that you don't need to keep him down then it is not important enough to hit regardless of what you hit with.... I know you are just baiting Christians... but what yousugest has occured...so it also is a valid question..whether or not you intended it to be.
