Not to Miami you will have to go through a hub airport. Midwest Airlines has a nonstop to Ft. Lauderdale.
By the way direct doesn't mean nonstop... Direct means the plane makes a stop but no change of planes.

There are no direct flights but many airlines offer 1 stop services. Airtran and Continental are usually cheapest with stops in Atlanta or Houston.
