Life isn't always about happiness and hugs, sometimes it is about bitter disappointment and anger.

My suggestion to you.....start drinking.

When you get out of college and into the real world it won't be this much fun.

Immediately remove the battery from your phone. If you can open it up, let it dry out for three or four days. Compressed air can help blow out some of the moisture. It should work when you put the battery back in as long as the power was not on when it was wet.
Take back control of your life. People don't think right when under stress. Get some breathing time to relax and then try to figure things out when you are relaxed. Believe in yourself!

First, I would seek the help of your school counselor, and if you are able to afford it, go see a therapist.

It may just be a simple matter of all work and little play. And by play, I mean that very important "Me Time" where you are with your own thoughts free of distraction and outer influences. I would recommend going to a park and leave your electronic connections to the world in your car and get with nature.

If one time doesn't do it, then do it again. The key is to do this by yourself. If you don't have a car, just take a cellphone and turn it off while you are "de-programming" at the park.

Im in school and work alot. Usually well over 40 hours a week. I like to go to the batting cages to let out my frustration and working out helps too as long as you can get motivated to go. You sound like I do. Sometimes I do just break down and that isn't really a bad thing its a way of releasing. Hang in there!

You may think I'm joking when I say this but I am not: the answer is meditation. You feel off-balance because you are not centered, and meditation will get you centered relatively quickly. You don't have to do, chant or say anything wacky. JUST BE. Take a class on how to run your energy. You will feel A LOT better.

Every time my life goes haywire I realize I haven't meditated in awhile and I'm allowing my energy, attention and focus to shoot out in a zillion directions and tuning into a lot of chatter while not listening to my own intuitions.

I sounds like you are in college. Your college should have a counselor or psychologist availible. If not you could start at your county mental health office. The phone number should be in the book. If all else fails and you think you might be in danger of hurting yourself - go to your local ER. Even if they don't admit you, they will be able to help you find the resources you need.

If you feel like you are hitting road blocks and can't get any help, email me with the details and I'll tell you what you can do to get around them.

Your college should have a mental health counselor. If you feel like you are headed for a breakdown, don't delay. It only gets worse if you let it spiral out of control. Have you cried? Cry in the shower, it help.

I find that shucking some responsibilities helps. That is tuff to do when you are in school, maybe there are extracurricular things you do where you can skip it, or delegate, or volunteer things, or a job, where you can cut back for a bit. For me, I'm not in school, but I cut way back on housework, make convenience meals instead of cooking from scratch, take a break and read a novel. You will have to find your own ways to cut back and get a mental break. Immediately.

In the future, it helps to pace yourself because then you don't have to cram. That takes discipline that you have to learn, and that is one of the lessons you are supposed to learn in college. I really empathize with you!! best of luck to you.

Get professional help. A professional can give you an objective view of your problems. You might find that you are not as bad off as you think, or you might learn of a name for your problem and how to resolve your problem. Just talking to someone who knows how to handle your problems will usually start you on the way to feeling better.
