ANSYS is a FEA software. You can find it running on the computers in engineering departments in most major universities. Becareful though if you use it for any type of analysis unless you are really experienced in using it and you have a pretty strong background in the theoretical side of the type of problem that you are trying to solve. ANSYS and I'm assuming most FEA softwares will be HAPPY to spit back the wrong answer (and it'll look right). You'll need to at least run alpha-beta convergence studies on every mesh and verify that you are at close to theoretical solutions for most problems.

The only way that a person can really learn ANSYS is to use it in thesis/Ph.D research in grad school under an advisor who can send him back to his office three times a week for corrections and not fire him...

Ansys is a Finite Element Analysis software. If you want to learn, you can learn from CAD Institutes. You can get details about ANSYS in the net. But you cant find the software in the net.

ANSYS is a finite element analysis system. It is made by SASI, I believe.

Search for ANSYS - you should find it.
