what does " -2 "mean on your weeks' summary?

That means you asked more questions than the points you earned-- not sure what asking a question "costs," but it does cost you points. That just means that it will take you longer to get to the next level, since they negated points from your total earned. Yahoo doesn't really explain much about this whole site, except that you can ask/answer questions and learn about things...people have clearly cracked the code, though, looking at the leader board!
