Good for you for taking it upon yourself to look after them! I have raised a few litters so I can giveyou a few starting points: make sure they have wet, canned food available for them at all times. If they will not eat that, try kitten replacement milk which you can find at a pet store. Also, make sure they are warm. They don't need a lot of space but make sure they have nice, warm towels or blankets to snuggle in. You'll need a small litter box too. Make sure the sides aren't too high so they can jump in and out.
Good luck and I've included some websites you may find helpful.

Been there and done that in rescue. Check to see if got some teeth yet for dry kitten food. Purina is fine. May need to moisten a bit for easier eating for couple weeks. They could use some kitten milk also. At pet stores. Main thing is keep warm and cozy.

They normally will go to litter if you take and show them. Arm and Hammer brand is worth every penny and it is a softer texture for their little paws.

They need to be seen at vet soon as can to check for any nasty cat diseases, worms, etc. If really skinny, undernourished do not do shots right away. I know most vets want to do all at once. We have found through experience that they need deworm first. Actually you can buy the kitten dewormer at petstore. Once dewormed and with good food they should put on weight. Then they could start the shots needed at about 6-7 wks.

If there is a Petsmart near you they are putting a vet clinic in the stores. They offer a puppy/kitten package to include all they need at a very reasonable price.

Did you find the mom? or just the kittens all alone like maybe someone dumped them? Thanks for rescueing these babies. And they are. I'm sure there are websites but I have learned first hand after 14 yrs, in rescue.

Basically all you need is lots of love, good nutrition and a good vet to work with you. And please have them spayed/neutered when time!!

Please post back with any more questions.

If you do not have the money to take them to the vet, check out the rescues around you for what to do. You do not have to give them to the rescue for them to give you advice and help.
They need to go to the vet though. The vet often works with an animal rescue for the bill in situations like this where, you have found the kittens as strays but agree to care for them.
Cheddar milk at petco or petsmart is great to get them to eat. They cannot have cow milk or they will get diarhea. They cannot really smell water sometimes to lap it. Tehy do not know that they need water so cheddar flavor milk helps them smell it and get what they need. Give them wet food also.Do not give them the run of the house because there are plenty of cracks and crevices for them to get stuck in. There are plenty of areas, you don't even know about that they seem to gravitate too and get hurt.Do not get the fine grain, sandy kind of litter because it can get into their nose. Get the chunky kind until they are about 3 months. It is a wonderful thing that you have done and good for you! While I often worry about kitties that I foster with my rescue group, it is also very fun and rewarding. Good luck! Well Done!

You have to take them to the VET. They could be very sick and you will not know it.

The vet will instruct you on how to care for them. The kittens will need to be fed soft food. Do not just give them milk... especially cow milk. They will need cat milk. You can buy it at pet stores and super markets. Try to f eed them in the bowls. Put a drop of milk on their lips to generate interest.

You need to go to the VET. This kittens could have Feline Aids, parasites, And so many other scary illnesses. if you have other pets, keep them far away until the vet gives you an okay.

Good Job! I am glad you have found such kittens. They are very lucky.

go and get kitten formula and a small bottle. they have to be fed every two hours. keep them with you as they will need constant attention. they may be able to eat baby cereal if they need to gain some weight.
