He says what I can/can't do. Who I can/can't talk to. He's insecure I guess.

Don't fall in love. :) Remember that this person is just someone to have fun with and that's it...

u could get urself a really spineless partner who is happy to be controlled or u could just come to terms with the fact that the only thing u really have control of is urself and what u do. Why do u want to be the one 'in control' of the relationship anyway?
r u that insecure u need total control to feel secure? I f this is the case u sho8uld seek counselling becuse u will never have a successful relationship with anyone while u have this attitude

A relationship is not about who has control of who. A relation is two people wanting to know all about each other as the relationship grows. We control animals not people except for those who are in prison. Relations are about love and understanding, sharing and caring for another. Not to see who can jump the highest on comannd. A controlling person is a selfish person who only thinks of themself. So show how much you love and not how much you want to be in control.

His insecurities will only destroy the relationship. You will be FORCED to be something you are not. Relationships are about trust and if he can't trust you it will only lead to heartache later on down the road. You deserve to be in a relationship that allows you to grow as a couple and an individual. Trust me on this. You will never be happy if you have to keep constantly trying to fulfill unrealistic expectations.

Why does anyone have to be the controlling one? I think a relationship should be just about equal. However, I'm all about being "controlled" at the appropriate time... ;-)

I'm guessing that this relationship is not going to last because he does not trust you and the most important thing in a relationship is trust in each other. Sorry
