I have a great one. I am making sugar cookies for valentines day also. The recipe I use (for Christmas as well), is the sugar cookie recipe in the Better Homes and Gardens Cook book. There is also a recipe next to it for the icing, which is just confectioners sugar and milk and food coloring. It's my favorite!

Easy sugar cookies buy the betty crocker sugar cookie mix. It takes atleast 20 to mix and bake. Cool for about 30 mins or so. Mix powdered sugar with water add water slowly until you reach you desired consistency. Add alot of red food coloring for red icing a little red food coloring for pink or leave it white. In a zip lock bag pour all of icing in there and cut the end of the bag not a big cut but enough to make a medium size line. Zig Zag the icing. and your cookies will look Great!! To add a little more color buy gold flakes a sprinkle over cookie.
