I have an interview with this woman and I don't want to mispronounce!

Well, I would say: "Dea ", a very improper name, I think. It looks like you are saying: "death"

I had a friend with that name she pronounced it:
DEE-uh

However, before the interview begins you may say something like:
"You have such a creative name, how do you pronounce it?"

I would think it would be Day-uh. Not completely sure but if it's her first name you should say her last name instead and use Mrs. She'll correct you if she's a Ms.

I think it's (day) Deah. If it was (Dee-yah) that would be too simple maybe

Dee-uh. I think it would also be polite to ask her how to pronounce her name if she doesn't introduce herself to you.
