How should I go about eating 5-star pad thai? Is there something I can eat beforehand to help with the heat? Or something I can drink while eating it to prevent my mouth from exploding?

if you eat fresh green leafy vegetables it takes the burn away fast, like fresh spinach leaves or parsley, dark green lettuce, it really works

Dairy is the only thing that will help. During. Never tried before. Milk, cheese, yogurt. Dairy.

I would say milk, but maybe it won't go taste wise so just go with cold water and open your mouth and suck on some cold air when it gets really hot......

Milk is better than water when you ea spicy food. Dont know why, but thts what i drink. try it! =]
