because the person may think that you are staring at them. but trust me, its more uncomfortable for them than it is for you to tell them. but think of it this way, it will make their day better, so they dont have to walk around having people keep staring at it.

1. The cow is out side the barn.
2. I can see the indian in your teepee.
3.Your muffin is hanging out.
4. Wow, I figured it would be bigger than that.

Because it leads to that embarassing moment where the guy has to be like, oh right, and smoothly talk his way out of an embarassing moment.

You might feel embarrassed for them, or you're not comfortable enough w/ your sexuality. If you were more secure w/ your sexuality,... why would you even worry/care about your friend arising a question about it?
