the girl i like in my gym class kind of talk to me and i caught her looking at me sometimes and 2 day she kept on hugging this guy over and over again and i was getting jelous alot and when she huged the guy i think she looked at me 2 times all my friends tell me to go talk to her more every time i think about that i think about the people on the street or in the school hall way calling me ugly and stuff like that which makes me feel bad about myself

First off, you have to have CONFIDENCE in yourself. Not cockyness or anything, but you at least need to like yourself and know what your worth. If she did in fact look at you while hugging the other guy, then she is going out of her way to make you jealous. She wants you to talk to her, to show her some attention. Honestly the best advice I can give you, have faith in yourself, and you will see a difference in how people treat you... there is a quote out there "Love yourself, because if you don't, then no one else will..." Good Luck with the ladies... P.S. Your still in highschool, have fun, don't get all caught up in relationships and drama... because once your out.. its the real world... and there is PLENTY of that to come...

Look at it this way: what do you have to lose?
If you go talk to her, and she rejects you - well that sucks but at least you tried. If you never even try then you have lost too, so there's nothing to worry about. In the first situation at least you have a chance of getting her. If you never even try then you don't have any chance.

I wish people would learn to give themselves some credit. Self-esteem is such a problem in today's world. Go talk to her. Try being her friend and find something in common with her. What do you have to loose? You dont have her now and you may not have her later.....or you just might.

If you think she may like you, you should try talking to her. As far as the people in the hall taking about you, you should pay no attention. No one can be more cruel than young people.

I think you should go up to her face to face and find out if she like you and take it from there. Girls play games just to see what you are going to do. If people talk about you they have to have you on their mind they have the low self esteem.Baby don't feel bad keep your head up and GO FOR IT!

True story, i had this friend in highschool who I called dumbo, (because his ears stuck out like a pair of satillite dishes). but he had confidence and got all the girls . dont be afraid, go talk to the girl,if she doesnt respond to you, go talk to another girl. If you talk to ten girls, chances are one of them will go out with you, dont give up
