i just bought a pair of tickets to an upcoming concert, i want to take my girlfriend for her birthday. but i dont want to just hand her a ticket for her gift. whats the best way to give a ticket as a gift? should i put both tickets in a card? or just her ticket? or should i do somthing entirely different, ladies any ideas?

If it's NOT on the same day, then give her a red rose with a card.
And mention that there is more to come but you can't give it to her right know.
Then on the day of the concert, tell her you are going somewhere that it's a surprise, but don't tell her where. So when you reach the venue where the concert is playing : tell her there, that you are seeing a concert tonight! and happy B-day.
You can also joke that you tried pushing the concert on her b-day but that the organizers wouldn't listen to you!

Well what you should u do is to put both tickets into a nice fancy envelope and on her birthday present her the gifts and when she opens it ask her 'Would you go to the concert with me?' The qeustion is very important as if not she will actually be free to invite anyone else with her since yo gave the tickets as a gift! Although if you decide to just put her ticket in the envelope only then i think its a bit weird. Most people don't give only 1 ticket as a gift.

they did something like this in how to loose a guy in 10 days, except the girl was inviting the guy to a sports game.
definitely play the music and then ask her. some women don't like to be surprised, so prolly don't just take her there, you'd have to tell her something.

this is waht you should do talk about the concert and then put the tickets some were she looks all the time and then she'll go CRAZY

burn a cd of the bands playing in the concert, and write on top "listen to this cd because you're going to have to remember the lyrics!" then give it to her in a cd case. i did this for my friend because she never remembers the right lyrics.

u should first stand right next to her then say close then say open your eyes when the tickets are right in front of her

Mmm I hope she likes the band so it is more exciting!!!
Maybe buy her that bands cd as a present... wrap it and all... and give it to her just like thats her pressent... she might be like ooohhh thanks... (but like thats it in the inside :P ) and wait a while and then go like oh... by the way we are also going to see them live!! and just give the tickets to her...
hehe i dunno it just came up to my mind :P
