what are some fast ways to heal your skin on your face? I have mild scratches and i want them to go away as soon as possible.

does alcohol help heal it or just prevent infection?

Keep them as clean as possible, washing at least twice a day, and otherwise just let them dry out. Less scarring that way and the scrapes can heal from the inside out.
