Ok, In P.E. tommorow, we HAVE to jog, I havent jogged in at least a year, and everytime I do, after a little while, my legs get too sore to jog anymore, should I just try to keep jogging, or start fast walking and risk getting yelled at by my crazy p.e teacher ?

what you probably have is something called shin splints, if the pain is in your shins what the best thing to do is to soak your legs in ice water for twenty minutes each day, and stretching after it, other than that, there is not much you can do, i am a pretty big guy and i have that problem all the time. Just stretch, if you must resort to fast walking, walk only on your heels, as landing on the balls of your feet will put more pressure on your shins, for a further benefit, walk like that in general, it may feel funny at first, but after a while will feel natural

that is only if the pain is in your shins (between knee and ankle)

I do hope you will try and will keep moving the best you can. Do stretches to help deal with your sore legs. Ask your "crazy" PE teacher for stretching ideas for the places where you are sore. We PE teachers are not that bad.
Be sure to jog landing on your heel and rolling up to your toes to push off. Don't do the balls-of-the-feet run; it will make you very sore in your calves.

Just be sure to stretch well before and after your jogging. You should be okay.
