Spray some Febreeze on her.
Seriously, she has to know that she smells. If you live in the same house when you're ready to take a shower ask her if she wants to take one first in case you use all the hot water. Ask her if she needs help with her laundry. Tell her you're going to buy soap, deoderant.. for yourself & ask her if she needs anything while you're at the store.

Just say it gently and kindly. Something like "Hey, you're a great sister and all but I'm sorry to say this but you stink. Could you maybe change your bathing habits or get some stronger deodorant? You're a growing girl and you are dealing with your "growing up" things."

Just tell her!! Let you know you have something serious to say; tell her you don't want her to have to hear it from a friend or stranger or boyfriend and be REALLY embarrassed. Tell her it could be a hygiene thing or an indication she needs to be seen by a doctor. Hopefully, she'll thank you in the future.

Tell your mom about your feelings maybe she'll find out if your sister uses soap. don't go and tell her to use soap dedorant and stuff thats mean let your mom handel it.

Maybe tell her that she should use this perfume or deodorant. That may help. I would not directly tell her that she smells. You can also suggest different body washes, etc.

Isn't this your parent's responsibility? It will take the load off your shoulders if you let your parents give her the low down on hygiene!
