Take a deep breath. If you start verbally listing your problems one after another, they will seem insurmountable.
Next, write them down in a column on a piece of paper. Make four columns for each, naming the condition, prognosis, treatment, and daily maintenance, if recommended. Let's take them one at a time and see what needs to be done...
Hypothyroid-contact your doctor. You need to be on medication to stimulate it. This will improve your overall health.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and tendinitis-Go to a chiropractor for adjustments and advice to manage pain. The Carpal Tunnel is permanent, and the Tendinitis will mostly go away with the proper treatment.
Renaud's Phenomenon-This is simple. Avoid any extreme temperatures and be sure to wear gloves, even if it's not that cold out. Thin fabric gloves worn inside are a possibility if it's an extreme case. There is no cure available.
MRSA-Sorry, not familiar with that one. Talk to your doc.
Panic Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety-Talk to a psychiatrist, family doc, or counselor. You have many issues that need to be talked out and resolved, and possibly need medication to help you cope for a while.
Fungus in your toes-If the family doc can't help, go to a podiatrist. If you want to try to fix it yourself, get Athlete's foot cream and put it on your toes as directed. You can ask a pharmacist at the drug store to help you.
There's nothing that can be done about the radioactive thyroid treatment. This is probably why you have the hypothyroidism now.
Normal Blood Draw-Not sure what you mean. Are your levels always off? Is it hard to get blood out of your veins? Sorry, need more info.
Your teeth are falling out-Go to a dentist. You may feel better in the long run if they are all pulled and you get false teeth. That's what my mom did, and she never regretted it.
Hope this helps a bit. I know all these docs are expensive, but these things need to be addressed. Put them in order of personal importance and try to get at least one under control or start treatment each month. If you don't have insurance, you can look into free health clinics in your area that can possibly refer you to specialists if you need. Good Luck and God Bless

Did your doctor go to medical school? Go to yellow pages and look under each one of your diagnose and call until you get a specialist in your field. In Grand rapids, Michigan, we have Michigan Pain Consultants who deal with chronic pain. The panic, anxiety, and depression certainly can be caused from a disease that you have not been diagnosed with, yet. Many of us who have chronic pain have multi syndromes/diseases - arthritis, fibromyalgia, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, carpel tunnel syndrome, cervical spondelosis and on and on. Those are a few of my diagnoses. If you have Pain Clinics/Consultants, make an appointment. Many times you do not need a referral. If your medical doctor does not want to give referrals, call hospitals for family doctor HMO or whoever until you get one who will help you.

your question SCREAMS hepatitis c to me. i could be wrong, but just to let you know, it can cause all of those problems.
get an actual HCV test.....it is a liver disease-trust me, tooth loss does happen with hcv, as well as your thyroid issues, panic disorder, depression...
some things aren't reversable after hcv infection, but a lot are! if you think about finding out the CAUSE of all of this, you might feel better.
treatment can be free if you qualify, but you have to get some tests run first.
most people have at least one risk factor of hcv infection!
good luck
p.s. your state medicaid should be able to help.
good luck!
