mosquitoes are attracted by body heat and smell

I have the same problem and I am allergic to them some say they get some thing different from people that are allergic

What worked for me is brewers yeast I took 2000 Mg's /day this works for all types of bugs it changes the way you smell

and no people can not detect the smell but the bugs can and it is cheap

the bug sprays may work for some but they are poison and the yeast is not and it is a great source of b vitamins

when we moved to the country side my dog would not go out side because of all the bugs that were after him so we started to give him the yeast as well and the next day we could not get him in it works for fleas -mosquitoes- flies- and other ones as well

and we live in an area that if you were to go into the woods with no cloths and no bug protection on your life expectancy would be fifteen minutes before you lost too much blood so if it works here it should work any where

and by the way our dog weighs 13 pounds and we gave him 500 mg /day wrapped in a cheese slice

Where are you currently? Well it's not that they love you, but I'm guessing it's "better" meat. For instance, they don't bite ppl that have tough skin. I noticed because i was once the mosquito attraction. I am not sure, but you should be sure you're not around still water and such all the time. And try to be in cold places..or at least a cool temperature.

Have you tried garlic?I've heard of it working before and last summer I had been taking garlic pills while in Houston, where there were lots of those little buggers, and didn't have a problem.Unlike everyone else. And normally I get eaten alive too. Some people say it's an old wives tell but hey,it seemed to be working for me.

Yes, they are attracted to smell. Avoid wearing cologne, scented shampoos and deodorants. Stay away from still water as they are very attracted to that (i.e. swimming pools, bird baths, puddles, etc).
I just learned recently that mosquitos are the most deadliest creature in the world with its links to malaria and other diseases. Probably not what you wanted to hear but I thought it was pretty interesting.
Anyways, good luck

Put a few drops of lavender oil in a spray bottle of water. Use the same as you would a personal insect repellant. Wonderfull!! Natural, cheap, environmentally friendly and it works.

PEACE & LOVE & ALL THAT

Are you fair-haired/skinned by any chance? I've heard that mosquitoes are attracted to people with lighter skin and hair. Maybe try dyeing your hair?
