This is the BEST homemade pizza ever!
And it's SOO easy!
Boil 3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts until done.
After chicken is cooled, shred it.
Pour your fave hot wing sauce over chicken and mix well.
Take 2 store bought pizza crusts and pour blue cheese dressing on like you'd do the pizza sauce.
Top with chicken and mozzarella cheese and bake as directed on crust package.
I don't really like blue cheese, but it's really great on this pizza. Give it a try!

Use sliced bread instead of pizza base. Spread with sauce of choice (tomatoe, salsa, Italian sauce). Then in a bowl mix up ingredients of choice and spoon onto bread, bake in oven 180 C (350 F) 12-15 min. Ingredients can include - Grated cheese, mushrooms, egg, onion, tomatoe (diced) olives, anchovies, pepperoni, capsicum, pineapple. When cooked, slice each bread into 3 fingers. If you are vegetarian add some hot chillis instead of pepperoni.

Although I cannot help you with the ingredients listing, I can offer a taste you could try.
Years ago I tried a "no sauce" Ham & Pineapple Pizza.
"No Sauce" you would think? Yes, I do mean no Tomato Sauce. The stuff is loaded with Sodium (aka Salt). This is what makes the consumer start drinking Sodas.
Try a "no sauce" Pizza sometime. The taste is "more alive" on your taste buds.

Sometimes, I put feta cheese instead of the regular cheese, it is so good. Because the feta cheese, has a bit more salt and gives the right amount of flavoring, also I like to season it up a bit, with red and black pepper. Its a little unusual, but it taste great. You don't have to use the regular pepperoni, you can use veggies instead and bring out the flavor.. I love to experiment with cooking, this I served to my guests last week, and there were no left overs.

Basil and Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza Crust
Makes 10 slices
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups bread or all-purpose flour, divided
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 cup very warm water (120 to130 degrees)
1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In medium bowl combine 1 cup flour, sugar, yeast, salt and basil, mix thoroughly. Add water, oil and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir until almost smooth. Gradually add enough flour to form a firm dough. Turn dough onto a lightly floured board. Knead dough about 3 to 5 minutes, adding flour as needed, until not sticky. Place dough in a sealable bowl or plastic bag sprayed with cooking spray. Let rest 45 minutes. (This can be refrigerated up to 24 hours.)
Coat pizza pan with cooking spray. Pat or roll out dough to fit pizza pan, forming a slight edge on the dough. Prick holes in dough, oil lightly and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. (Dough should be set but not brown.)
Top with your favorite toppings. Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
