stares into your eyes for about 30 seconds, and wen ur eyes meet his, u expect him to look away but he just keeps looking deep. also...he always stares at you when you walk by?

frankly speaking it depends on the look and view he has..
one is he must like and love you.. other..is...
you must be very beautiful with some loose or very tight dress.. revealing yourself.. he may try to see your structure.. (sorry if i am wrong because.. there are guys who even do this .. right) but that guy may even deeply love you.. only u must find out.. all the best,.
