What are some things I could do and get to make him feel better? He's mostly stuffed up, so I use Little Remedies saline nose drops and suction it out with his nasal aspirator, but now its do dry that that bleeds. Is he to young for vicks vapor rub? And do those vapor plugs by Vicks work?

Get a humidifier. They aren't too expensive and you can get them at Walgreens or WalMart. Places like that. Should really help with the dryness.

I would not think your son is too young for Vicks to be rubbed on his chest. I did it to my 2 kids when they were toddlers way back then. And they had no problems with it. You might invest in a vaporizer also to run in his bedroom when napping and sleeping at night.

Vicks is the best. Give him some right now, it'll relieve his sinuses. and be sure to put him in a nice, warm bath and rub some vicks on his chest. It should 'un-stuff' his nose. Have a tissue ready. and since it's been a little chilly out, be sure to bundle him up with a warm jacket, a long-sleeve and undershirt. wrap his neck up with a scarf and put a hat on him. BE SURE TO COVER HIS EARS. VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP HIS EARS COVERED.

Oh, sorry to hear this, but best thing I found, cold air vaporiser
while he sleeps at night with a little vicks on his chest. He will
wake up with alot of dryed boggies but he will oh so feel better.

I HAD A DOCTOR TELL ME THAT THE RUBS ONLY IRRITATE YOUR LUNGS (WHICH WAS SAD SINCE I GREW UP ON THE STUFF). MY DAUGHTER HAS THAT NASTY UPPER RESPIRATORY NOW AND I HAVE FOUND THAT USING A HUMIDIFIER HAS HELPS SUBSTANTIALLY WITH THE NOSE AND HELPING TO BREAK UP THE SECRETIONS. ALSO, MAKE SURE HE DRINKS PLENTY OF WATER TO KEEP MUCOUS THIN. THE PLUGS ARE QUITE POTENT AT FIRST- THEY TAKE SOME TIME TO DECREASE (ALL-IN-ALL I WOULDN'T BUY THEM AGAIN). YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO BUY "PUFFS" TYPE KLEENEX, WHICH CONTAINS LOTION AND ALOE WHICH IS EASIER ON THEIR LITTLE SORE NOSES.

yes use vick's it will work great and try benadryl it will dry his nose out
