My last ex I was in LOVE with and now I'm scared to start dating again. I have a great beau right now and I know that, but I just don't know if I'm being fair to him. I'm holding back when he is giving him whole self over to me. I love him, but like I said, I'm holding back. How can I let go of the past and look forward to the future I have w/ my new bf?

It sounds like you are still hurt from your past relationship. Take it slow and let things progress at a pace that it comfortable for you. If you truly love your new beau, you've got to let go of your past but it may take time to get over some of the hurt. Be honest with your new boyfriend and let him know that you may be holding back a little. Communication and honesty can only help your relationship.

You can't be in a relationship if you don't give 100% , cause it's NOT fair and someone will keep getting hurt , in this case your new bf.
Since you don't want to leave , tell him that you can't be 100% right now, if he accepts then it's ok, if it's not acceptable he will tell you.

its that you are scared to date again... just explane to him that you dont mean to push him away but you are scared you might get hurt. he will understand. and just tell him you need more time before you can trust him
