What may I ask is a Phase Plasma Rifle? If it is real please let me know who makes it if it is not there are alot liars out there!

It's a science fiction movie weapon but, strangely enough, based in reality.
"Plasma" is ionized gas. "Ionized" means the gas has so much extra energy added to it that it changes its atomic form by losing or gaining electrons. By superheating or electrically charging some types of gas, you can cause them to turn into that plasma which ranks just a shade below a nuclear weapon in terms of damage potential. Plasma can pretty much destroy anything known to man.
The phased plasma rifle is a type of air rifle that uses an expansion chamber and a valve to release a large puff of gas from a cylinder that then moves down the barrel towards the target. At the end of the barrel, you have a high voltage electrical field or arc that ionizes the puff of gas turning it into plasma. The plasma puff then goes on to hit the target.
It's the same basic idea as a plasma cutting torch only in bursts, not streams.
So no, you can't go to your local pawn shop and pick up a plasma rifle. Sorry ;)

he gets the 45 long slide with laser sighting the 12 gauge autoloader and then the Phaze plazma weapon inthe 40 watt range
