Without being tested, how can you know you and your girl unconditionally love each other? Could a dream prove it?

I don't think GF/BF or husband/wife have unconditional love for each other. I love my husband with every inch of me but if he were to cheat on me it'd be over, so there are conditions there. I do however have unconditional love for my children, there's nothing they can do to stop me from loving them, liking them , yes, but not loving them.

Only a parent and there child have true unconditional love. There is always something that you could do to betray someone that would stop you loving them, or vice versa.
The love you might feel for a girlfriend might be almost unconditional, in that you accept their faults and they accept yours. But only time can truly tell.
Good luck, it sounds like you have the beginnings of a very deep relationship.

There's only one thing that can answer this: How much does the guy and girl love each other? Most girls just date then break up, but if someone IS committed to a loving relationship, then that would NOT be breakable.

just because you don't test it doesn't mean its not unconditional. anything at all can prove it. as long as whatever happens has significance
